To date, NCS have deployed more than 600 automated inspection systems (ultrasonic, eddy current, magnetic flux leakage, and magnetic particle) for seamless/welded pipes, steel bars, plates, and train wheels across metallurgy, petrochemical, railway, and machinery sectors, serving hundreds of enterprises. Over 1,000 portable NDT instruments, including eddy current, ultrasonic, and electromagnetic acoustic (EMAT) flaw detectors, have been commercialized. Our innovations feature a 380mm-diameter wireless ultrasonic rotating-head system for rapid pipeline inspection.
